What Additional Legal Expenses Can I Expect In My Criminal Defense?
We don’t charge any surprise additional legal expenses to represent you in your criminal case. However, in rare cases, we may recommend that you hire an investigator to aid with our investigation to sort possible defenses and to track down hard-to-find witnesses. These investigators usually charge a low hourly rate, but it is completely optional and entirely up to you if you want to hire one. Also, depending on the outcome of the case, you may have to pay a fine to the court. However, many times, we may get you a result that does not require any fines.
How Do You Keep Up To Date On Current And Changing Laws Related To Criminal Cases?
At Sahn Law Firm – Attorneys at Law, we always stay up to date on any relevant changes to the criminal laws of South Carolina. In addition, we actively monitor and review new cases that come down from the SC Court of Appeals and the SC Supreme Court. It is vital that your attorney does this, so as to know about any new laws or cases that may be used to your benefit on your case.
